The Town Board at their Organizational Meeting adopted the following resolution:
RESOLUTION 2023 -016 

Counilman Schraft moved and Supervisor Hosler seconded.

RESOLVED: that the Dunkirk Observer is hereby designated as the official newspaper of the Town of Evans for the calendar year 2023, and that the Hamburg Sun and/or Buffalo News may be used if additional coverage is needed.
