ECWA 2020 ANNUAL WATER QUALITY REPORT

To ensure we meet these commitments, we maintain a rigorous quality control program through constant monitoring and testing and invest substantial financial resources to improve our two treatment plants, complex system infrastructure, and laboratory facilities at are nationally recognized department of water quality.
